1. Be sure to select the correct size of frame for the portrait you have ordered.
2. It takes me approximately 6 weeks to produce a painting, if you have a deadline contact me BEFORE placing an order.
3. Once you have completed your order, be sure to RETURN to this site to send me your photos from the link below:
Once you have placed your order I will be in touch within 24hrs to confirm date of delivery and receipt of your photos. A proof will be sent to you for your approval prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event you may be unhappy with the picture, I will work closely with you to rectify any issues, or if the problem cannot be resolved, offer a refund. Paintings will only be dispatched when you are perfectly happy with the result.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact me by email or on +44 (0) 118 9546886 within 3 days. Orders cancelled after this time will incure a fee of £50 to cover material costs.
